killver V.I.P. Geschrieben 14. Hier Kandidaten, ich überlasse euch die Einschätzung Zitat Bradley Fink – 20, Striker, FC Basel (on loan at Grasshoppers, contract to 2026) Profile: Swiss center-forward (Swiss U21 international) with English dual nationality. A Dortmund academy graduate who moved to Basel in 2022. Currently 20, he stands 1.93m tall and is a classic No.9. Basel loaned him to Grasshoppers Zurich this season for game time. Given Basel’s own struggles, Fink might be available if he’s not in their immediate plans. His market value is in Sturm’s range – estimated ~€1.9–3.2 M – and Basel paid only ~€0.8 M to sign him , so a fair offer could tempt them. Playing Style & Strengths: A complete target man with surprising mobility. Despite his height, Fink isn’t just a static target – he’s been likened in style to Dušan Vlahović . According to scouting reports, his key strengths are finishing, positioning, heading, link-up play, and even above-average pace for his size . In other words, he’s a tall striker who can hold up the ball and lay it off, but also make runs behind the defense. He is comfortable playing with his back to goal, using his strong frame to shield the ball and play one-twos (Basel often utilized him to combine with wingers). His youth highlights at Dortmund II and Basel included clinical one-touch finishes and powerful headers. Notably, Fink is left-footed but essentially two-footed (ambidexterity is listed as a strength) . “Tall player with very good strength… and clever off-the-ball movements” is how one scout described him , underscoring that he’s not just an aerial threat but also smart in finding space. At Grasshoppers this fall he scored a few goals, showing improvement in consistency. At 20, he’s still refining decision-making, but no major weaknesses were flagged in his talent profile . Transfer Fee & Wage Feasibility: €2–3 M might secure Fink. Basel would likely consider a sale or at least a loan with obligation if Fink isn’t projected as their starter (Basel have other forwards emerging). Wages won’t be an obstacle – as a young player in Switzerland, his salary is moderate and in line with Sturm’s structure. Another option is a loan with option to buy, allowing Sturm to see him in action for half a season (especially since he’s currently on loan, a deal might need coordination). Given Sturm’s recent healthy finances, an upfront purchase is quite feasible. Fink himself might be attracted by Sturm’s striker success track record – they have sent similar players to big leagues, which Basel has struggled with lately. Fit in Sturm’s Tactics: Fink could fill the No.9 role recently vacated by Biereth’s departure. Sturm often play with a focal striker who can both press and be on the end of chances. Fink’s blend of physicality and work rate fits the bill. At 1.93m, he provides an aerial target for crosses and set-pieces (Sturm’s wide players like Tomi Horvat or Alexander Prass would relish a big man to hit). Yet he’s also mobile enough for Sturm’s fast transitions – “good pace and agility for a player of his size” – meaning he can lead the high press and run the channels when needed. Ilzer demands his strikers harry defenders; Fink, noted for his stamina and power, should cope well with those duties . Technically, he can link with a second striker or attacking midfielder – imagine him playing layoffs to a runner like Sarkaria or taking down long balls to bring midfielders into play. In European matches, Sturm sometimes lacked a physical presence up top (relying on smaller forwards); Fink would give them a different dimension. Overall, tactically he projects as a starting striker for Sturm, with the potential to score 10–15 goals in Austria given his finishing instinct. Resale Potential: Very high. Strikers who produce in Austria draw immediate interest (as we’ve seen), and Fink has the toolkit to succeed. If he becomes Sturm’s next 15-goal scorer domestically and performs in Europe, he could follow Højlund’s path to a big-5 league. At 20, he’d still only be 22-23 in a couple of years – prime age for Bundesliga or Serie A clubs to invest. His profile (tall, athletic striker developed in Dortmund’s academy) is one that will attract scouts. A future fee in the high single-digit millions is realistic if he delivers on potential. Even in a lesser scenario, Sturm could easily double their investment. In sum, Fink is a classic Sturm signing: underappreciated at a bigger club, all the tools to explode in Graz, and a skillset that foreign clubs covet (complete strikers are rare). Isaac Nuhu – 22, Winger/Forward, KAS Eupen (contract expiring June 2025) Profile: A Ghanaian left winger/second striker known for his pace and dribbling. Nuhu has been playing in the Belgian top division (Eupen) since 2020. At 22, he’s a bit more experienced, but importantly his contract is up in 6 months . This presents a bargain opportunity: Eupen will likely sell now in winter for a cut-rate fee rather than lose him for free in July. His value is around €0.8–1 M currently , but with the contract situation Sturm might even negotiate lower. Notably, a couple of years ago Nuhu was considered a hot prospect in Belgium – clubs like Marseille, Lille and Gladbach scouted him at 19 – so the talent is there. Playing Style & Key Strengths: Nuhu is a winger with blistering speed and agility, ideally suited for quick counter-attacks. At ~1.71m and with a slight build, he relies on acceleration and technique rather than strength. Scouts have described him as “the ultimate winger… blessed with intelligent usage of space and pinpoint passing” from wide areas . He loves to run in behind defenses or receive the ball to feet and take on his marker. Nuhu’s first touch and dribbling are excellent (rated among his best attributes), allowing him to beat defenders one-on-one. In open space, he’s very dangerous – he had a highlight-reel goal for Eupen after a 50-yard solo run. He also has decent creative vision; despite playing for a weaker team, he has chipped in assists by driving to the byline and cutting the ball back. Because of his quick feet, he draws defenders and can slip passes – the “pinpoint passing from deep” note suggests he can drop to midfield to play long crosses or switches . His main weaknesses have been physicality (only 55 kg, he can be pushed off the ball) and finishing consistency. He doesn’t yet have a prolific goal record (finishing rated middling), but in a stronger side with more chances, that could improve. Crucially, his dribbling stats are among the best in Belgium when fit – he averages about 3 successful dribbles per 90 at a 57% success rate , which indicates an above-average take-on ability similar to what Sturm got from Emeka Emegha or Yeboah in terms of beating defenders. Fee Estimate & Wages: Likely a very affordable deal. Eupen, a smaller Belgian club, would accept perhaps ~€500k (or less) this winter given the contract ticking down. Even if competition exists, Sturm’s ability to offer European football might sway the player. Wages at Eupen are modest; Nuhu would probably be within Sturm’s salary range without issue. Also, because he could join on a pre-contract for free in summer, Sturm hold leverage – they could agree a pre-contract and still negotiate an immediate transfer for a token fee. All told, this is a low-cost, low-risk signing with potentially high upside, exactly in Sturm’s wheelhouse. Fit with Sturm’s Tactics: Nuhu’s profile screams transition threat, which suits Sturm’s style, especially in Europe or big domestic games. He can play as a left winger in a 4-3-3 or as a second striker/inside forward in a two-man front line. Sturm often use a 4-4-2 diamond or 4-3-1-2, which has no natural wingers, but they do adapt formations; they’ve used 4-2-3-1 in Europe with wide attackers. Nuhu could be a weapon on either flank when Sturm need width (for example, against deep defenses or when countering Salzburg). Even in a narrower setup, he could operate as the second striker drifting wide – similar to how Kelvin Yeboah was used, starting centrally but often pulling to the wings to receive and dribble. His defensive work rate is acceptable (he’s shown he’ll track back at Eupen), and Ilzer would likely demand he improves his pressing and positioning off the ball. With his quickness, he can also lead counter-pressing by closing down defenders rapidly. Tactically, Sturm could use Nuhu to stretch opponents – his pace forces defenses to drop deeper, creating space for Sturm’s midfield runners. Also, given Sturm’s frequent European schedule, he adds depth and can rotate with the likes of Bøving or Fuseini in the attacking roles. Overall, his direct running and ability to “unlock” defenses on his own (a quality Sturm valued in Højlund and others) make him a valuable tool in the squad. Potential Resale & Trajectory: Nuhu has already been on the radar of larger clubs: as mentioned, at 19 he attracted interest from Marseille, Villarreal, Gladbach, Lille among others . His development plateaued a bit due to minor injuries and Eupen’s struggles, but a change of environment could reignite it. If he moves to Sturm and performs, those clubs (or others in France/Belgium/Germany) could come knocking again. As a winger/forward with end-product concerns, he might not command as huge a fee as a striker, but it’s realistic that Sturm could sell him for €4–5 M+ in a year or two – especially given he’d still only be 24 then and EU-based (no work permit issues). Even as a rotation player, his value wouldn’t drop below what Sturm paid (given it’s minimal). In the best case, Nuhu could follow the path of someone like Samuel Chukwueze (another dribbler who exploded in a mid-tier Euro league). At worst, he provides depth and excitement without breaking the bank. It’s a classic buy-low scenario on a player once labeled a “whiz kid” who needs the right platform to shine. Gabriel Vidović – 20, Attacking Midfielder/Forward, Bayern Munich (contract to 2026) Profile: Croatian-born attacking midfielder (also a second striker) developed by Bayern Munich. At 20, Vidović is considered one of Bayern’s top youth talents, but he’s in need of senior playing time. He had a productive loan at Dinamo Zagreb in 2022/23, then a loan to Mainz in 2024 that was cut short due to limited minutes . Bayern have “high hopes” for him – Sporting Director Christoph Freund recently called him “a very talented forward who we hold high hopes for at Bayern” . However, with Bayern’s squad depth, another loan or even a permanent move with buy-back could be on the table. Multiple clubs across Germany, Spain, and France have shown interest in Vidović (including Brest, Valladolid, and Eintracht Frankfurt) , so Sturm would face competition. This recommendation is an ambitious “loan-to-buy” target, as Vidović fits Sturm’s style and could be a difference-maker if he’s willing to step outside the top-5 leagues for a year or two. Playing Style & Strengths: Vidović is a versatile attacking midfielder who excels in the space between the lines. He can play as a No.10, second striker, or even a false nine. His game is characterized by technical finesse, creativity, and intelligent movement. At Bayern’s reserve and during his Dinamo Zagreb loan, he displayed a knack for finding pockets of space and linking play. He’s not overly quick, but he’s agile and has a sharp football IQ – often making late runs into the box or playing the final pass. He’s also a set-piece threat (took some free-kicks for Dinamo). Key strengths include first touch, vision, and composure for his age. In Croatia, his per-90 stats were impressive: he contributed goals/assists regularly and was noted for his ability to combine with strikers in tight spaces . At 1.80m, he’s of average build and can still add strength, but he holds up well in duels thanks to Bayern’s training. One reason Bayern rates him is his football intelligence – he often makes the right decision in the final third and has a calmness reminiscent of Thomas Müller’s style (not saying he’s at Müller’s level, but he plays a similarly smart linking role). His weakness is perhaps lack of top-end speed and the need to adapt to physical defenses. But given his pedigree and training, his technical floor is very high for an Austrian league setting. Estimated Transfer Fee & Wages: A loan with purchase option is likely the optimal route. Bayern extended his contract to 2026, indicating they want to protect his value. . They allowed Mainz a purchase option (fee wasn’t public, but likely in the €5–6 M range) . If Sturm could secure a 18-month loan with an option around €3–4 M, it would be a coup. Bayern might insist on a buy-back clause if they sell him outright. In terms of wages, Bayern would probably continue paying a portion during a loan; if permanently in Graz, Vidović might need to accept a lower wage than in Germany. However, at 20, his Bayern wage is not huge – and playing regularly (plus showcasing in the Champions League with Sturm) might be worth the tradeoff for him. It’s a challenging deal but not impossible: Sturm have landed players from big clubs on loan before (e.g., Biereth from Arsenal). The club’s recent Champions League participation could be a selling point to Bayern (Vidović getting European experience under less pressure). Fit in Sturm’s Setup: Tactically, Vidović is an ideal No.10/second striker for Sturm. He could occupy the role just behind the forwards in a 4-3-1-2 diamond, linking midfield and attack. Sturm’s midfield is industrious, but adding a creative pivot like Vidović could elevate their attack. In games where Sturm dominate possession, Vidović can unlock deep defenses with through balls or one-twos around the box. He’s also capable of playing as a false nine if Sturm wanted to try a fluid front three – he can drop off, allowing a pacey partner to run in behind. Defensively, coming from Bayern’s system, he understands pressing triggers and should integrate into Sturm’s pressing scheme (Mainz under Bo Svensson also presses intensely, so he’s been schooled in that too). Imagine Sturm’s midfield with a smart operator like Vidović feeding balls to runners like Niangbo or Wlodarczyk – it adds an extra dimension. In European matches, where Sturm sometimes lacked calm in possession against strong opponents, Vidović’s composure would help them hold the ball and dictate tempo in the attacking third. Also, his positional versatility means Ilzer can deploy him in various roles (attacking midfield in a diamond, or even as one of the two strikers in a pinch). His inclusion would signal a slight shift toward a more possession-friendly attack, complementing the high-octane transition game. Resale Value & Career Trajectory: There is a scenario where Vidović truly blossoms and Sturm benefit twice – on the pitch and financially. Should Bayern include a reasonable buy option and Sturm exercise it, Vidović could easily attract larger bidders after a year or two of regular football. At Dinamo Zagreb, he showed flashes of being a top playmaker; if he does the same in Austria and in UEFA competitions, a Bundesliga or La Liga club could come with €8–10 M offers. Even Bayern might consider buying him back if he explodes (hence a potential clause). His age and pedigree mean his ceiling is high – he was in Croatia’s preliminary World Cup squad in 2022 and is viewed as a future senior international. From Sturm’s perspective, even a loan without a purchase can make sense if it propels them to trophies or group stage successes (which bring prize money). But ideally, securing some control over his future (option or part-ownership) would allow Sturm to cash in. In any case, Vidović represents the kind of high-upside gamble that aligns with Sturm’s strategy: a slight step outside their usual market (big club talent on loan) but one that could pay off massively. He’d follow in the footsteps of players like Kevin Kampl or Jon Gorenc-Stanković who left big clubs for Austria to become stars. Given the “multiple offers on the table” for him Sturm will need to sell their development record to convince him – but if they do, Vidović could be a game-changer in Graz. Yusuf Demir – 20, RW/AM, Galatasaray (contract to 2026) Profile: Austrian attacking midfielder/winger, former Rapid Vienna wonderkid. Joined Galatasaray in 2022 for €6 M but currently on the fringes (he was loaned out last season). Gala have foreign-player quota issues and “may be sold if an appropriate offer is received” . Demir is a hometown Vienna native, which could make a move to Graz appealing to revive his career. Playing Style & Strengths: A creative dribbler and playmaker who was once dubbed the “Austrian Messi” for his style and stature . Demir thrives as a roaming attacker behind the strikers or cutting in from the right. At Rapid, he showcased exceptional technical skills – able to run at defenders and play incisive passes. In his last full Austrian season (2020–21), he averaged 2.7 key passes and 3.8 successful dribbles per 90 – elite creativity numbers in the league . He’s left-footed, with superb close control and vision to thread through-balls. His low center of gravity and flair allow him to beat defenders one-on-one (hence the Messi comparisons) . At 20, his upside remains high if he regains confidence. Transfer Fee & Wages: Likely €3–4 M or a loan with option. Galatasaray invested €6 M, but given he isn’t in their plans, they might accept a bit of a loss or a structured deal (loan-to-buy) to offload him. His wages in Turkey are reportedly modest (he was on a youth deal initially), so Sturm could manage his salary, perhaps with Galatasaray subsidizing a loan. This is a case where Sturm might make an exception slightly above €3 M if needed, due to Demir’s talent – but a savvy loan could bring him in without a massive fee. Tactical Fit at Sturm: Demir would slot in as an attacking midfielder or second striker in Ilzer’s 4-3-1-2 / 4-2-3-1 setup. He can operate as the creative No.10 behind a front two or invert from the right wing. Sturm often lack a bit of creative spark in midfield; Demir could provide that with his eye for the final pass and ability to carry the ball at pace. Importantly, he’s used to the Austrian Bundesliga’s tempo from his Rapid days, and his work rate improved during his time at Barcelona (where he learned pressing principles). He will need to embrace Sturm’s off-ball pressing intensity, but at 20 he can be coached in Ilzer’s demanding system. His presence would help break down low-block defenses – an area Sturm sometimes struggle in domestically – with moments of individual brilliance. Long-Term Upside: If Demir rekindles his development, his resale value could be very high. Remember, at 18 he had FC Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Man City scouting him . Even now, clubs like Legia Warsaw and Antwerp have been rumored to monitor his situation . A successful 1-2 seasons in Graz (with Europa/Champions League exposure) could easily make him a multi-million sale (perhaps €8–10 M or more, given creative attackers are prized). His career trajectory could mirror previous Austrian talents who rebounded (e.g. Marcel Sabitzer’s early career). Sturm would be betting that Demir, still just 20, is a buy-low opportunity to reclaim a top prospect. With his hometown familiarity and the platform Sturm offers, this could be a mutually beneficial match. bearbeitet 14.
