Das wäre die erste UEFA Veranstaltung wo die UEFA freiwillig auf Einnahmen verzichtet wenn man Stadien abgeben muss. Da gibt es keine eigene Werbung, Merchandising oder Gastro. 

Wenn man "uefa europameisterschaft gastro einnahmen" googelt, dann kann man das eh auch nachlesen.

Food and beverage concessions
Revenue gained from the sales of food and beverages at the Stadiums during the Tournament belongs to the LOC based on the agreement between the LOC and the Stadium owners and/or operators (concessionaires). It is therefore also the responsibility of the LOC to manage and prepare the food & beverage concessions in close cooperation with the stadium owner/operator. This includes the contractual obligation to offer certain products of UEFA sponsors and to display these in the appropriate way.
