Der Adel, seine äußeren Ehrenvorzüge sowie bloß zur Auszeichnung verliehene, mit einer amtlichen Stellung, dem Beruf oder einer wissenschaftlichen oder künstlerischen Befähigung nicht im Zusammenhange stehenden Titel und Würden und die damit verbundenen Ehrenvorzüge österreichischer Staatsbürger werden aufgehoben. § 2. Die Führung dieser Adelsbezeichnungen, Titel und Würden ist untersagt.
