Juve want to keep Trez

President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli insists that Juventus will do all they can to keep striker David Trezeguet at the club.

The Frenchman is contracted to the Old Lady until 2008, but did make it clear that he was heading out of the club after scoring in the last match of the season against Spezia.

However, the Turin giants are hopeful that they can convince the forward to accept their new contract offer.

“We want to keep him here and I believe we can find an agreement,” said Cobolli Gigli on Tuesday afternoon.

“Obviously we need the player to show his availability to discuss things with us. Nevertheless, our objective is to keep him.”

Reports suggest that the former Monaco man is a serious transfer target for Valencia, whose sporting director Amedeo Carboni allegedly contacted Trezeguet’s representatives recently.

“We are doing all we can to solve this issue and this is also true for Mauro Camoranesi, whose future will be clear in the next three or four weeks,” added the Bianconeri chief.

Cobolli Gigli also confirmed reports that Empoli star Sergio Almiron is close to joining the Bianconeri after Vincenzo Iaquinta completed his move today.

“I hope we will be able to officially announce his capture at some stage next week,” continued the official.

In the meantime, Juventus have today received a £72m cash boost via an increase in capital which had been voted for in April.

“We are pleased with this fact,” noted the President. “It is vital for us because it allows us to make important plans for our transfer campaign.”

und dass gila geht, glaub ich eigentlich nicht..

AUSSER man hat fix einen weltklassespieler, aber man wird nicht erst gila verkaufen, ohne jemandn wie eto´o oder henry schon fix zu haben...

zudem hat galliani schon mehrmals betont, keinen stürmer zu verkaufen, was wiederum bedeuten könnte, dass er oliveira oder oliveira und gila vl nur mal verleiht...

keine ahnung.. irgendwie kenn ich mich momentan gar nicht aus

Was mich positiv am Suazo-Transfer stimmt ist, dass er schon Serie-A erfahren ist und in dieser Liga schon sehr viele Tore gemacht hat - Oliveira war in Spanien top, aber wie oft haben wir das bei Milan schon erlebt, dass ein Stürmer, der in Spanien Topleistungen gebracht hat, hier völlig untergegangen ist? Bin sogar der Meinung, dass Suazo Gila verdrängen wird, kann mir das Sturmduo Ronaldo-Suazo sehr sehr gut vorstellen, je länger ich darüber nachdenke

Ich verstehe nicht, wieso Suazo hier weiterhin so unterschätzt wird. Natürlich ist es eine andere Sache, bei Milan zu spielen als bei Cagliari, aber Suazo ist ein Klassemann und er wird sich schon durchsetzen.

Moratti: Suazo Has Signed For Us

Inter president Massimo Moratti has insisted that David Suazo has already signed for the Nerazzurri.

Milan announced this morning that they had completed a deal for the Cagliari striker, seemingly snatching him from under the noses of their neighbours.

But Moratti said: "There was no reason for this to happen seeing as there was already a deal with the Rossoblu.

"With us there was complete agreement. This has been an amazing change of will. Anyway the player has signed for us so we will see."

Cagliari president Massimo Cellino earlier claimed that the deal collapsed because he could not get hold of Moratti over the last few days.

But Moratti responded: "He never called me. That’s a lie. I cannot justify Milan’s attitude either, although I know them well…"

Cagliari sporting director Nicola Salerno insists Inter have nothing to resent them for.

"The negotiations were ongoing and we needed to close the deal as soon as possible," he told Sky Italia.

"The player had not signed and therefore there was no bond. (Milan vice-president Adriano) Galliani and Cellino found an agreement and the deal was done.

"I will not discuss the financial details, all I will say is that there were some bureaucratic problems connected to the transfers of Marco Andreolli and Robert Acquafresca from Inter to us."

It is unlikely we have heard the last of this, with Inter and Milan both seemingly believing the player belongs to them.

David Suazo's transfer wrangle has taken a fresh twist.

Internazionale have been locked in talks and looked ready to seal a signature for the Honduran.

However, on Monday evening their city rivals Milan announced they had snatched his from under their noses by sealing a deal with Cagliari.

Despite the Milan reports - one of Suazo's agent Carlo Pallavicino says nothing has been signed with them.

"David Suazo has not had any contacts with Milan, he has not agreed," Pallavicino told the Italian press.

Pallavicino works with Giovanni Branchini on Suazo and he says things will be resolved when he returns to Italy.

Cagliari supremo Massimo Cellino remains quiet on the issue.

"Someone missed a great opportunity to stay quiet," said Cellino.

"I, however, don't want to break my silence on this matter."

Dr Moratti, what happened with Suazo? Are you surprised by this agreement between Milan and Cagliari?

"There was a complete agreement with us, that took everything into consideration. It is a surprising change of will. The player, however, has signed for us, so we will see."

Will Inter pursue the Suazo matter with what they have in their hands?

"Yes. To respect the player's desire."

Are there still any chances of pursuing a deal for Suazo, or is it difficult now?

"They often say it's the player's desire that counts, so... But Cagliari's conduct is so surprising, that I honestly haven't had time to think what might be the reasons, like friendships with others, or the consequences, or rather what we will do."

Adriano Galliani has drawn a comparison with the Zlatan Ibrahimovic matter of a year ago...

"This has nothing to do with it. The Ibrahimovic thing is the same thing that has happened this year with Suazo. It was us who were about to get him, and they tried to get him. They didn't succeed last time, but maybe they have this time."

suazo soll bereits zu medizinischen checks bei inter gewesen sein und auch unterschrieben haben... übrigens ist er im moment auf urlaub und onkel fester bestätigte, dass suazo selbst dem wechsel noch zustimmen muss am donnerstag gibts ein treffen zwischen suazo und cagliari-präsidenten cellino diesbzgl.

fände es geil, würde suazo noch zu uns kommen. wirds nix, gibts trotzdem alternativen...

man könnte ja fast glauben, dass milan hier nur druck machen will, damit inter den transfer endlich bestätigt und somit milan mehr macht am transfermarkt punkto stürmer hat eto'o, tevez etc... das letzte wort scheint also noch nicht gefallen.

@chivu-gerücht: sehr fein. würde allerdings bedeuten, dass man mit grosso oder samuel auch nicht mehr plant.

Ich hoff das mit dem Chivu-Wechsel ist nur eine Ente, weil dann hätten die uns ja wirklich heftig über den Tisch gezogen. 6 Mio. + Pizarro kommt ja fast einen Tausch der Beiden gleich, wenn man bedenkt, dasss wir letztes Jahr für eine Pizarro-Hälfte 6,5 Mio. bezahlt haben.

@Milanista(Wunsch-Thread):Ich meinte ja nicht, dass Chivu alle sine Vorsätze über Bord geworfen hat, weil er bei Inter nicht Stammspieler ist, sondern weil er den Verein allein des Geldes wegen verlassen hat.

Fabrizio Miccoli wird nach Italien zurückkehren, und in erster Linie für Juventus spielen. Sollte Juventus ihn aber nicht brauchen, dann kann er sich einen Wechsel zu Napoli sehr gut vorstellen, doch laut Medienberichte will ihn Ranieri unbedingt im Kader haben, wo ich nur zustimmen kann.

Weiters will Juventus David Trezeguet unbedingt halten und zeigt ihm das auch finanziell, sodass eine Einigung in den nächsten Tagen/Stunden möglich ist.

Passt, der Sturm steht für die kommende Saison - 5 und 1 .
