Danke für die Bisherigen Antworten, wie gesagt, vom Inhalt hab ich leider auch überhaupt keine Ahnung, ich weis nur, dass es sich auf irgendeinen Artikel bezieht, Studium: gesundheitsmanagement.

Danke 25er auf jeden Fall für deine ausführliche Antwort, werd mal schauen, was ich noch korrigieren kann..

Our written assignment is about the BES (Business Equipment and Systems) company, their new sales manager Nigel Fraser and the sales team, which includes John the „good friend“, but weak sales performer, Eliana the good performer, but she feels, that she is in the wrong department, Martin, the „arrogant star“, Anna the shy hard worker, Denise the stable and sometimes aggressive women in the sales department, Robert the creative team worker, and Markus the inconsistent sales man. After the decision of the management, the previous sales manager Vanessa Bryant moved to a senior management position.

Nigel Fraser worked for a business equipment chain, he is very smart and wise although he is in a very young age, he thinks, that the current sales team needs to be controlled more tightly, because the sales performance under Vanessa Bryant was weak and slightly below expectation. The causes of this sales misery are easy to indentify. First of all no one of the sales team takes responsibility for the mistakes in the sales department, another big negativ point is the teamwork. The members don‘t support and help each other when problems occur. There is no teamspirit in the sales department. Also the head Nigel Fraser seems not to be accepted in the team. Many members provoke Nigel with sentences like: „Everything was better with Vanessa Bryant“ or „Where are the good old times?“

In my mind it is very crucial, to form a new team spirit in this department, many colleagues have different personal problems with each other. For example Markus dislikes Denise and has an arrogant attitude towards Anna. The whole sales team, also the head Nigel, should visit a teambuilding camp. All personal problems should be solved in this camp. Also the colleague who wants to change the different intern sales departments should get a chance to do this.

In my opinion it’s important that the sales team has one big sales target. If all intern departments just have one big target, all employees are under „one roof“ and have the same motivation to reach it. If they would reach it, they get an extra bonus.

-) "eliana the good performer, but she feels" klingt komisch., vl. eher "the good performer, who although feels that she..."

-) im letzten absatz kommt 2x hintereinander should vor, also "should visit a teambuilding camp" durch iwas ersetzen wie "the whole sales team would be well advised to visit a team building camp"

-) letzter satz is auch komisch (if they would reach it), eher "in case of reaching it, they would receive an extra bonus" (get is meistens eher ugssprachlich)
