Gab nun ein Update. Österreichischer CW immer noch im EL-PO weil der englische CW nicht EL spielt.

Meiner Meinung nach aber falsch weil 3.08 streicht den Engländern einen CoL Platz:

Im Szenario des Sheets (Villa EL- und Crystal CoL-Sieger) müsste England meiner Ansicht nach 3 EL-Starter und dafür keinen CoL-Starter haben. Habe auch nichts gefunden, dass pro Verband maximal 2 Teams in der EL starten dürfen.

The EPS is applied after all the above and the highest ranked club that has not CL spot is promoted to CL. 

So macht das dann natürlich Sinn. Also Villa EL Sieger und nicht Top4 und unser Cupsieger hat die Liga Phase fix.
