I've seen this manager situation a few times in Scotland recently. Youth coach is promoted to manager (interim at first), does well, and falls apart in their second season. JS could be a good coach, but a good coach doesn't mean they're a good manager.
I remember thinking earlier in the season that I hadn't checked the league table in a while, that Sturm weren't performing great, and I thought we'd be in the middle of the league table given the performances I'd seen and some results. We were top at the time. Even now in second with only 1 point behind, it is flattering us.
After Wolfsberg, struggling against Admira and B-W Linz, and now losing to Tirol, a change needs to happen now starting with JS. We've already lost 4 of our last 7 games from winning positions and drew 1 from a winning position. A 1-0 win and a 0-0 draw in the other games. That can't continue.
