Wir haben ja auch noch didac villa in der hinterhand. Der soll in spanien eine sehr gute saison spielen.

Zusammen haben wir mesbah, antonini (seh ich mehr als rv back up), emanuelson und villa als lv optionen. Keiner sehr gut aber alle recht solide und für einen verein mit beschränkten mitteln ganz ok. Gute lv gibt es nur wenige und die sind dann sehr teuer und für uns wohl nicht machbar.

Alternativen sind dann halt lm wie armero oder jankulovski die umgeschult werden. Kann gut gehen, muss es abr nicht.

so würd ich mir den kader für nächstes jahr wünschen.

D: Abate, Antonini; Nesta, Silva, Astori, Mexes, Bonera; Emanuelson, Mesbah, Villa;

C: Nocerino, Aquilani, Montolivo, Boateng; Merkel, Strasser, Keita, Muntari;

A: Ibrahimovic, Cassano, Tevez, Robinho, El Sharaawy, Maxi Lopez;

lediglich 3 Spieler die eine Ablöse kosten würden. das geld sollte aber da sein denn durch einen verkauf von pato wäre der transferbudgetbedarf wohl nicht viel höher als 15 mio. alle anderen neuen sind ablösefrei. keita kann angeblich gratis wechseln obwohl er bis 2014 vertrag hat und villa kehrt ja nur von einer leihe zurück. muntari ist mir persönlich zwar mehr als zuwider aber allegri mag solche spieler und mit selbtsvertrauen ist muntari als spieler passabel. von den auslaufenden verträgen würde ich lediglich nesta um ein jahr verlängern.

der kader ist ganz auf allegri zugeschnitten. ein lauf- und kampfstarkes mittelfeld unterstützt die solisten vorne die es dann richten. ich glaube dass man mit diesem kader in italien locker um den titel spielen kann, in der cl ist man sicher auch ganz gut unterwegs (zu den titelfavoriten gehört man aber nicht). das mittelfeld ist nur doppelt besetzt (was recht wenig ist) aber von den angreifern können ja auch 2 hinter den spitzen spielen (cassano nicht, der ist zu laufschwach) und urby kann auch mf spielen, sollte also passen. falls amelia wechseln will muss man halt einen neuen 2er suchen oder besser noch gleich handanovic holen. der wird aber wohl zu teuer für uns sein.

Gennaro Gattuso has dismissed the suggestion that he might never return from the eye problems which have sidelined him since the start of the season and revealed that he would be willing to play for free in order to continue playing for AC Milan.

The combative midfielder was diagnosed with diplopia in his left eye after colliding with team-mate Alessandro Nesta during the Rossoneri's Serie A clash with Lazio at San Siro back in September, but it was hoped that he would return to action in January.

However, it emerged after Milan's trip to Dubai during the winter break that Gattuso is now suffering from ocular myasthenia, a disease of the neuromuscular junction brought on a by a form of influenza which he had contracted during the visit to the United Arab Emirates.

The most recent setback sparked fears that Gattuso might be forced to retire from the game but the former Italy international insists that he is nearing a return to action.

"I'm doing a little better and I hope to start doing physical work again in within a week," he told Milan Channel.

"Right now, I miss football. If it were up to me, I'd return to the field immediately. But I will wait to see what the doctors say.

"My condition is strange and difficult to beat. But those that know me know that I live for football.

"At 34, I still haven't thought about quitting; I miss the adrenaline of the game so much.

"I am also willing to play for free. I said it to [Milan CEO] Adriano Galliani: it's not a question of money; I want to go back to doing what I love."

Gattuso pointed out that it simply is not in his character to stop fighting and that the prospect of lining out at San Siro once more is a tremendous source of motivation for him.

"I have founded my whole career on the desire to fight and to improve every day with hard work, so I never give up," he declared.

"I get many letters and emails of affection; they appreciate the player and the man.

"I have never denied the love I have for this shirt and these fans. I hope I can soon return to the sound of the fans screaming my name from the stands."

Gattuso has made over 300 Serie A appearances for Milan since joining the club from Salernitana in 1999.

Und auch wenn er noch Gehalt verlangen würde, würde ich mit ihm verlängern. Allzu viel wird er so oder so nicht verlangen und was Einfluss und Motivation angeht, dürfte er nach wie vor sehr wichtig für die Mannschaft sein.

Die Verteidigung wird auch interessant, macht Nesta weiter? Ist man mit der LV zufrieden? Wenn Natali kommt, wer soll dann gehen, als Nesta Ersatz ist er zu schwach, Yepes ist eigentlich sehr stark und ein Jahr könnte ich mir schon noch bei ihm vorstellen, Bonera ist gut zum Löcher stopfen und hatte ein paar starke Partien.

Schön zum anschauen ist er nicht, aber er kann wenigstens auf LV/RV spielen, ohne sich zu sehr einzubauen, nicht, dass ich ihn dort sehen will, aber wenn wieder die halbe Mannschaft im Lazarett liegt, ist man mit ihm ok dran...

Er ist nicht gut, aber er wird schon auch mehr heruntergemacht als notwendig.
