Also Eboue oder Bruno Alves würde ich natürlich sofort nehmen, doch bei den anderen weiß ich nicht so Recht ob sie uns weiterhelfen können, schon gar nicht mMn im Jänner.

Auf jeden Fall sollte man versuchen Zebina (Dauerverletzt), Knezevic, Tiago und auch Poulsen an den Mann zu bringen, und wenn es nach mir geht, schon im Jänner. Ein RV, ein IV und ein richtiger ZM wären dann toll, doch das wird wohl Wunschdenken bleiben.

After winning an important Federal Justice appeal, former Juventus director Luciano Moggi could now use a loophole in order to get back into Italian football, according to Italian newspaper La Nazione...

Yesterday, the Italian Federal Court of Justice ruled in favour of the transfer maestro and some ex-referees, including Massimo De Santis and Paolo Bertini, in the so called 'SIM cards' case.

Big Luciano and the former officials were deferred to the FIGC Disciplinary Commission last August, for they had allegedly "set up a complex phone communication system through Swiss SIM cards."

The appeal was won when his lawyer Paolo D'Onofrio successfully pointed out that his client was not a FIGC member aat the time when he was charged and consequently handed a 14-month ban.

The Florence newspaper now claims that the 71-year-old could be poised to seek a sensational return into the Italian football world.

If one reads the fine print carefully, Moggi cannot take on an official role with an Italian club, as the Federal Court of Justice has stressed that, since he was not a member any more, he could not be deferred, but this also means that the common prescriptive period will not be applicable.

Hence, should he be given a position inside a team, the Sporting Justice could well revive the legal case.

However, he could potentially work as an outside transfer consultant. Club presidents and sporting directors do not run the risk risk of being accused of having an 'illicit relationship' with him any longer, for his slate has technically been wiped clean.

Juventus fans voiced their regrets over the departure of Moggi last week, and the Old Lady's current sporting director Alessio Secco has been often criticized for his poor transfer skills.

Still, are the Bianconeri willing to again put their fate in the hands of the man that caused the first demotion to Serie B in their glorious history?

Das kann wohl auch nur ein Scherz sein, klar er ist ein guter Stürmer, aber die Roma ist für ihn eine (oder zwei) Nummer(n) zu groß
