A Premiership double over Charlton was recorded as the team got back into winning ways in almost emphatic style at the Lane on Sunday.

Two from Jermain Defoe along with one from Jermaine Jenas secured our first win since overcoming Manchester City on the road - a timely triumph that keeps us sitting pretty in fourth spot.

It all added up to a first victory over Charlton in Premiership combat at White Hart Lane and, so good was the performance, that the visitors was rarely in the game. Jerome Thomas netted on 69 minutes, but a comeback was never really on the cards.

Teemu Tainio returned to the starting line-up after missing a game with an ankle injury, but Edgar Davids was not so fortunate and remains sidelined with a hairline fracture of the fibula, sustained in the same game as Teemu's knock, against Aston Villa in our last home game.

Stephen Kelly continued to deputise for the absent Lee Young-Pyo, while Jermain Defoe stepped in for Grzegorz Rasiak, with Lee Barnard drafted in on the bench. Barnard's only other spot of bench warming came the season before last - at Charlton in what turned out to be a 4-2 win. Johnnie Jackson, who scored our fourth goal in that game, also started on the bench.

It was a brightish beginning, a couple of Aaron Lennon darts and combinations between Robbie Keane and Defoe ensuring early Charlton ambition was limited. An audacious little chip by Defoe on eight minutes over the advanced Thomas Myhre - also over the bar - draw appreciation from another full house, certainly in terms of home support, at the Lane.

Michael Carrick was also finding his ranged and a superb chip over the heads of the visiting rearguard so nearly fell correctly for either Keane or Defoe to latch on to.

It took just 13 minutes of this game to record our first goal in the league since Keane struck second in the 2-0 win at Manchester City. Jermaine Jenas prodded the ball to Defoe who immediately had goal on his mind. He shimmied, twisted and shook off his markers before firing goalwards and his effort struck the knee of Luke Young to take the ball high into the net past Myhre.

Martin was forced into change on 24 minutes with Tainio clearly struggling from a challenge made in the second minute. It offered the chance for Tom Huddlestone to make his home debut after an assured display at Fulham in midweek.

It could - and maybe should - have been two on 29 minutes when a Keane flick brilliantly set Paul Stalteri though. Bryan Hughes chopped down the full-back on the edge of the area and, due to the fact that other defenders had come across, the card waved was yellow and not red.

The performance at this stage was such that a one-goal advantage was not doing it justice. The ball was being pinged around with such authority and style, if perhaps lacking the final decisive touch at times.

Lennon came close to scoring his first for the club on 40 minutes when Carrick set him on a run towards goal but, later in the same minute, Keane played one over the top for Jenas and it was 2-0. The midfielder brushed off his marker Chris Powell, kept his calm and slotted the ball low past Myhre for his fifth goal of the season.

There was a scare just into first half stoppage time when Darren Bent's effort from 20-odd yards out rattled the bar, but a 2-0 lead at the break was more than deserved.

Jackson got the chance to make his first appearance of the season after the interval as a replacement for Lennon.

It was three almost straight away when Keane won the ball in the centre circle and rolled it to Huddlestone. The big midfielder looked up and picked out a superb pass to pick out Defoe on the run who, in turn, dinked the ball past Myhre and it rolled into an empty net.

Sheer joy at the Lane that was nearly multiplied ten minutes later when Defoe hassled Hughes and the ball went backwards and Keane was onto it in a flash with it taking a desperate late challenge from Hermann Hreidarsson to deny the scoreline reaching four.

Keane again and Defoe had Charlton rocking as the team showed absolutely no sign of taking the foot off the pedal. However, Charlton did pull back an unlikely goal on 69 minutes when substitute Jerome Thomas embarked on a solo run before firing low past Paul Robinson to his near post.

There was a little wobble in terms of the fluency after the reduction of deficit with the passing not quite as slick as before as Charlton rallied. Robinson was forced into spectacular action to deny Jonathan Fortune's towering header from Hreidarsson's free-kick as we reached 90 minutes.

This should not detract from what was an impressive Sunday afternoon's work and a great result.

Einige Ergänzungsspieler im Mittelfeld weg, eine neue Kaderergänzung her.

Nix Stürmer, nix flexibler Defensivspieler, nix linker Flügelspieler.

De Jong wäre genau so ein Spieler gewesen, wie wir ihn mMn noch bräuchten, man ist sich auch schon einig mit ihm und mit Ajax und läßt ihn sich dann in letzter Sekunde von einem finanzmaroden Graupenverein wie dem HSV wegschnappen.

Toll.

Bravo.

Und das, wo wir seit Ende Dezember in der Liga nur selten überzeugt und wichtige Punkte liegen gelassen haben.

Die Championsleague hab ich mit Ende des Transferfensters bereits abgeschrieben, jetzt gehts darum, um Platz 6 zu kämpfen.

Es verlangt ja keiner, dass der Klub sich in Finanznöte stürzt und jetzt schon mit CL-Millionen plant, die dann womöglich gar nicht in die Kassen kommen, aber einen verschuldeten Bundesligaklub auszustechen muß doch drinnen sein.

Und wenn Jol, der de Jong sicher sehr gut kennt, meint, soviel bieten wir für ihn, mehr ist er nicht wert und es klappt nciht, dann muß man eben eine gute Alternative bei der Hand haben.

Wie dem auch sei, unser Gebaren in der Wintertransferzeit find ich höchst fahrlässig.

MARTIN JOL believes that Tottenham Hotspur striker Jermain Defoe is not suffering from a lack of confidence.

The England international has found himself behind Robbie Keane in the pecking order at Spurs this season and has started the majority of matches from the substitutes bench.

"I don't think it is a confidence problem (with Defoe), but sometimes you lack a bit of rhythm," Jol told Sky Sports News.

"I've seen him in training and he played lately, He played last week, for example.

"He came on and he scored goals when he came on, so I don't think it will be a problem and he will get his games in the near future as well.

"Jermain Defoe is one of our best players, but sometimes you have to make a choice and I think any other coach would do that, if you have similar players.

"Can you imagine the situation with England when (Michael) Owen is playing?

"I don't think Sven (Goran Eriksson) would play Owen and Defoe (together), so that is a similar situation.

"I think Jermain Defoe will be fine. I know that he's a big part of our squad and he will be a big part of the England squad in the future."

Martin Jol has again reassured England striker Jermain Defoe he has a big future at Spurs. Defoe has been on the bench since Robbie Keane ousted him from the team in November and has struggled for both form and goals.

The striker grabbed two goals against Charlton on Sunday and linked up well with strike partner Robbie Keane. In previous games the partnership has rarely clicked but today's game showed promise that possibly the two smaller front men could forge an interesting attacking option.

Jol said, "Jermain and Robbie Keane can play well together but sometimes, when there is a long ball from Paul Robinson, it is a bit difficult. I favour someone who is strong and can hold up a ball to give more space for the midfield players. I always ask Sven why he never plays Jermain with Owen and he says 'it's a bit difficult...' so ask him."

Jol praised Defoe for his two goals after the match and branded him the best finisher in the country. "I have said all along that Jermain is probably the best finisher in England. Hopefully he has improved his game in the time he has not been playing because that is the only thing you can do."

Pompey striker Lomana LuaLua has claimed that he would love to seal a dream move to Spurs and has admitted talks between the two clubs are on going to try and reach an agreement for the former Newcastle man.

"I have one year left on my contract, then I may see my future at another club, talks are taking place between Spurs and Pompey, but nothing has been settled yet. Portsmouth may sell my contract if they receive a better offer, but I wish to join Tottenham. I have been a Spurs fan since I was very young and I want to play alongside Mido, who I respect very much." LuaLua told The Stat On Sunday.

It is being rumoured that Spurs may be willing to use Wayne Routledge as bait to help them sign LuaLua in the summer. Routledge is currently on loan at Pompey until the end of the season.

Martin Jol has expressed his delight with his team getting back to winning ways after a run of 5 games without a win. The 3-1 home win over Charlton was very comfortable and Spurs played some very attractive football.

Martin was also pleased with the result and the way the team performed because of the combined young age of the players on the pitch and on the bench. Aaron Lennon, Tom Huddlestone and Johnnie Jackson all had lead roles in the win, whilst Jermain Defoe and Jermaine Jenas scored the goals.

“"I thought it was a terrific win, it was another tough derby and overall I think we deserved to win. I was pleased with how Tom Huddlestone played and Johnnie Jackson came in and did well so we had a very young team out, not just on the pitch but on the bench as well. It must have been one of the youngest teams ever and one of the youngest squads ever. That is something we can be proud of."

Martin Jol also believes that the run of 5 games without a win was not necessarily a bad patch and his team didn’t play particularly badly in any of those games. “I don't think we've had an unbelievably bad spell or anything like that. Liverpool are a very strong team, Villa was disappointing because we didn't score and Fulham was different, we had a lot of players out. Last season we lost six matches on the trot - that's a bad spell.”

Wieder mal eine Chance versch***en, den vierten Platz einzuzementieren. :aaarrrggghhh:

Solche Spiele muß man gewinnen, aber das ist ja in den letzten Wochen öfters daneben gegangen.

Unser Glück ist bislang, dass von den Mannschaften direkt hinter uns auch (noch) keine so richtig Dampf machen kann.

Seis wies ist, Ziel ist und bleibt ein Europacupplatz, wobei ein vierter Platz und damit die CL natürlich ein Wahnsinnsergebnis wäre.

Recht schwach, das Spiel heut. Die Punkteteilung geht voll in Ordnung, da kann man nichts sagen, auch wenns aufgrund des späten Ausgleichs etwas unglücklich war.

Nun zu etwas Erfreulichem:

Allem Anschein nach kann man sich ab nächster Saison wieder Spurstrikots kaufen, ohne wie irgendeine Diskoschwuchtel zu wirken, denn Kappa ist Geschichte:

Danny Murphy has revealed that he believes Spurs have made huge strides since the appointment of head coach, Martin Jol in November 2004. Danny also hopes that his age and experience will help the younger players in the squad.

"I think, first and foremost, you notice it when you play against a team or watch a game on the telly, when you play a team and they play good football and cause you problems, you think 'they are good side' and come off the pitch saying that. I talk to friends at other clubs and they have spoken very highly of the way Tottenham are playing."

Murphy joins Paul Stalteri, Edgar Davids and Lee Young-Pyo as one of the more experience members of the squad and said, ""When I was a young player I benefited from working with players who had been there and done it - it definitely helped me. Over the years you do pick up things and learn how to deal with certain situations a little bit better as you have been through them. If I can pass on any of that to the young lads, or even to one, then that is what my position will be about as well.

Kuyt scheint anscheinend kurz vor einem Wechsel an die White Hart Lane zu stehen, 10 Mio. Pfund stehen im Raum. Das ist der Mann wohl wert, eher ein Zeichen gegen Defoe, der wird mMn in Liverpool landen. Gerüchte auch um Ledley King und Arsenal, doch diesmal keine Gefahr. Unser Nationalspieler hat noch Vertrag bis 2008 und wird wohl nicht im UEFA-Cup spielen wollen, sondern in der Championsleague.

Auf Hossam Ghalys erste Einsätze freue ich mich schon, seine Leistungen bei Feyenoord waren teilweise beeindruckend. Sie verloren nur ein Spiel mit ihm in der Startelf. Seine Position ist das zentrale/defensive Mittelfeld, nicht wie oft angegeben im rechten Mittelfeld.

Wünsche noch für den Sommer: Linkes Mittelfeld, Andy Reid ist ja wieder verletzt und ein rechter Verteidiger. Vielleicht kommt ja Zebina im Sommer.

Ein Kuyttransfer wäre natürlich zu begrüßen, allerdings wäre es schade um Defoe, der zuletzt eine starke Aufwärtstendenz zeigt.

Die Gerüchte um unseren Kapitän sind natürlich Blödsinn. Jetzt können sich die Gunners ihn nicht leisten und bloß, weil man vorausplant und frühzeitig mit ihm verlängern will und die erste Verhandlungsrunde platzt, will sich ein Journalist wichtig machen.

Es ist zu hoffen, dass Ghaly eine Verstärkung darstellt. Dass es im Winter ansonten "nur" Murphy wurde, hat mich schon enttäuscht.

Aber wie gesagt, ich rechne ohnehin seit der Weihnachtszeit nur mehr mit dem Kampf um Platz 6.

Wir haben zu oft wichtige, oftmals eigentlich "einfache" Punkte liegen gelassen.

Linkes Mittelfeld

Jepp. Hätte mir schon fürs Wintertransferfenster etwas erwartet. Hier wäre die Möglichkeit, richtig Geld auszugeben und hohe Qualität zu holen, anstatt den Kader im Mittelfeld einfach weiter aufzublähen.

Pedersen, den ich mir ja schon einmal gewunschen hätte, hat ja schon auf die reine Spekulation irgendeiner Zeitung (k.A., zu lange her) gemeint, die Spurs wären kein Aufstieg für ihn.

Sportlich hätte ich eine Verpflichtung ja begrüßt, aber wenn er meint, dass er mit den Rovers gleich gut dran ist - bitte!

Aber bitte einen, der auch in der IV zu gebrauchen ist. Du weißt, ich hab mit der Qualität des ersten Ersatzmannes auf dieser Position so meine Probleme.

Ich fände es nach wie vor nicht schlecht, wenn man vielleicht Lee auf rechts ausprobieren würde. Sein starker Fuß ist der rechte, zumindest kommen seine Flanken mit rechts besser.

Aber was weiß ich, vielleicht hats Jol sowieso schon im Training durchgespielt und es klappt - wieso auch immer - nicht.

Sollte es doch klappen und Lee sich auf rechts leichter tun (nicht mehr abbremsen, drehen, Ball auf rechts legen, flanken) benötigten wir dann natürlich einen neuen linken Verteidiger.

Nicht, dass dann dort Ziegler spielt.

Es gibt ja immer wieder einige Stimmen, die einen massiveren Einsatz diverser junger Spieler (so auch Ziegler, der sowieso schon wieder verliehen ist) fordern, weil das ja in der Vorsaison so gut geklappt habe.

Naja, man muß ja nur auf die Tabelle schauen. Hat schon seine Gründe, warum wir im Vorjahr schelchter dran waren.

Und in Jugendwahn müssen wir wirklich nicht verfallen, denn wir haben so und so viele junge, wichtige Spieler, die z.T. absolute Leistungsträger sind.

Spurs to ditch WHL?

It has been revealed that Spurs are willing to ditch the name of their ground White Hart Lane in order to raise funds for team rebuilding. Spurs who currently lie in fourth place could see selling the rights to the name of their ground as a profitable way to gain Martin Jol some extra spending money.

Chief executive Paul Barber has admitted that Spurs could change the name of their ground in order to gain extra cash, “We cannot rule out selling the naming rights for the ground. That is one thing which is being considered. It is all about raising the funds which will help us compete at the highest level. Of course a Champions League place would massively improve those plans but we have other ways of raising more income for players - one of the biggest deals we will make will be a five-year shirt sponsorship."

If Spurs did end up selling the rights to the name of their ground they would be following north London rivals Arsenal who’s new ground will be named the Emirates Stadium.

Haggod, wir müßten im Augenblick eh gewaltig was auf der hohen Kante haben.

Es gab ja keine Transfers, die das Budget ausgeschöft hätten.

Viel ist momentan eh nicht los. 5 Spieler sind im Nationalteam (oder in der Auswahl), Callum Davenport wird nicht verliehen, was ja ziemlich dämlich wäre, da man IV braucht, wenn das erste Glied ausfällt. Der junge Philip Ifil hat ein Stammleiberl in Millwall. Vielleicht kommt er ja mal als RV in Frage. Für Wayne Routledge gilt das selbe.

Rasiak wird hoffentlich am Saisonende verkauft, es machte ja wirklich keinen Sinn. Bei Reto Ziegler gilt Ähnliches falls ein starker LM kommt

Allerdings mache ich mir ein wenig Sorgen, selbst, oder gerade dann, wenn wir in die CL kommen sollten. Nach den wenigen und günstigen Transfers im letzten Transferfenster, sollte sich bis zur neuen Saison ein hübsches Sümmchen an Transferbudget angesammelt haben.

Soweit so gut, allerdings überlegt man ja, außerdem den Stadionnamen zu verkaufen, um Geld für das "Projekt CL" zu lukrieren.

Ich hoffe, das heißt nicht, dass wir größenwahnsinnig werden und um Unsummen zig Spieler holen.

Sollte es sich im Rahmen der drei von dir gewünschten Verstärkungen bewegen, wäre das natürlich ein Traum.

Mehr sollte man auch gar nicht ändern, außer eventuell abwanderungswillige Kaderergänzungen zu ersetzen.

Davenport würde ich statt Gardner auf die Bank setzen.

Und vergiß mir auf den guten Tainio nicht!

Er hat mir wirklich gefallen, bloß hatte er leider ziemliches Verletzungspech.

Weiters würde ich eher auf ein Sturmduo Mido-Kuyt in der ersten Elf setzen, da Kuyt zwar einen sehr robusten Eindruck macht, aber eben nicht besonders groß ist.

Für Naybet und Bunjevcevic ist diese Saison sicher ihre letzte an der White Hart Lane. Das wären eben solche Kaderergänzungen, deren Verlust es zumindest gleichwertig zu kompensieren gilt. Wer weiß, vielleicht kommt ja auch wieder was aus der Jugend nach. In dem Bereich können wir uns eh nicht beklagen.

Rasiak war ja theoretisch kein schlechter Kauf, bloß sieht es in der Praxis total anders aus.

Er ist glaub ich um die 1,90 und in der Championship trifft er ja jetzt auch wieder. Er ist wohl, ähnlich wie Parapatits , ein typischer Zweitligabomber, allerdings natürlich auf ganz anderem Niveau.

Was ist mit Lee Barnard? Er soll sich in der Reserve sehr gut schlagen, und das was Rasiak in der PL brachte, kann er wohl auch.

Vielleicht wird ja el Hamdaoui auch mal eine Alternative.

Ich glaub ja schon gar nicht mehr an einen LM, obwohls wirklich notwendig wäre. Reid ist ständig verletzt und ansonsten haben wir ja keinen brauchbaren, gelernten LM im Kader und ob Jackson eine gute Alternative wäre, kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Hauptsache über links geht mit einem starken LM und Lee dahinter ordentlich die Post ab.

Das Team gegen die Rovers; Tainio wieder dabei, Blackburn ohne meine Wunschverpflichtung (wobei ich gegen Downing auch nichts hätte - im Gegenteil )

Aus vorbei, 3-2. 5 Punkte sinds wieder

Robbie zeigt warum er um 4 Jahre verlängert hat. Diese Mannschaft verdient sich einen CL-Platz.

Robbie Keane scored twice in the opening half, first with a superb effort after a contentious throw-in and then with a close-range finish.

Blackburn argued Keane's second should have been disallowed for handball, but on 43 minutes Florent Sinama Pongolle's header reduced the deficit to 2-1.

On 70 minutes Bellamy drilled the ball home to level the score, but soon after Mido turned in Aaron Lennon's cross.

The win moved Spurs five points clear of fifth-placed Arsenal and six ahead of Blackburn, who are also chasing a European place.

Blackburn were probably unlucky not to claim at least a point, given the nature of Keane's goals and the visitors' domination of possession.

In the 90th minute Michael Gray hit the Spurs bar with a looping header as Blackburn desperately searched for that third goal to square the game.

Keane's first goal was a wonder to behold, even though it stemmed from a throw-in that should have been awarded to Blackburn.

Television replays clearly showed the ball touched Mido before it went out, but instead the throw was given to Spurs.

The Eygptian quickly took the throw, picking out Keane who, with his back to goal as well as being closely marked by Robbie Savage, still had plenty to do.

Despite that unpromising position, Keane nonchantly flicked the ball over Savage, slipped inside Andy Todd with a second sharp piece of skill, before hammering a shot past Brad Friedel.

Having fallen behind to that goal Blackburn mounted a spirited comeback, dominating possession, if struggling to create clear opportunities.

Just past the half-hour Blackburn did contrive to produce a gilt-edged chance only for Pongolle to miss badly.

With the goal at his mercy the on-loan Liverpool striker failed to prod the ball home following Ryan Nelsen's header.

Nelsen's next contribution proved rather less helpful when his deliberate handball gave away a free-kick on the edge of the Blackburn penalty area.

Mido guided his shot round the Blackburn wall with such power that Friedel was only able to touch the ball into Keane's path - or arm as the visitors claimed - and the Irishman made no mistake with a close-range finish.

While Keane was tying up Blackburn in knots, at the opposite end Spurs found Bellamy equally troublesome.

Two minutes after Keane's second, Bellamy scampered down the wing and sent in an inviting cross for Pongolle, whose diving header marked his first goal for Blackburn.

After the interval Blackburn continued to have the better of proceedings and Paul Robinson showed great agility to turn over David Bentley's rising shot.

Blackburn drew level when Pongolle latched on to Ledley King's poor header and crossed for Bellamy, who swept a half-volley past Robinson.

Having worked so hard to get back in the game Blackburn let their guard down three minutes later, allowing Lennon to cross for Mido, who touched the ball into the empty net.

Europe - What's our chances?

This weekend could be looked back on as the weekend when we lost our chance of playing in Europe for another season. Champions League football was only ever a dream, a nice one, but an unrealistic one. Uefa cup was always the competition I was looking for. A club like ours should be in this competition year in year out. However with Blackburn, Bolton and Arsenal all winning this weekend and us being cruelly beaten in the 90th minute (again) even the Uefa Cup looks tough.

Looking ahead at the remaining nine games, we really couldn't of got it any tougher. Next weekend we have an away trip to relegation fighting Birmingham. It's one of those games where I just don t know if we will be up for it. They are going to be fighting for every ball, I don't know if we will.

Then at home we have the visit of another team fighting for safety, West Brom. Because were at the Lane I'd hope to see a convincing win, but as we have already seen this season against Sunderland, that could be difficult.

An away trip to St James' is going to be difficult. Newcastle are playing some good football now, there confident and looking to achieve a reasonable league position themselves. Everton, Arsenal and West Ham are our other three away games. The only place I see us picking up points is at West Ham.

At home we have the visit of both Manchester clubs, City and United and the game against Bolton is our last home game of the season. Tough. Arsenal have a much easier run in with games against Pompey, Sunderland, Charlton, Villa and West Brom. We can only hope that their games against Juventus will tire them out.

To qualify for the Uefa cup, I believe we need to win all of our remaining home games and pick up at least another 3 points on the road. I don't want to sound negative, but I just hope we don't come back to regret those dropped points against the likes of Fulham and Sunderland come the end of the season.

Nüchtern betrachtet, käme die CL wohl auch zu früh. Nach all den verschi****en Jahren kann unser Ziel nur sein, uns an die Europacupplätze heranzuarbeiten und dort festzusetzen. Und das heißt zumeist eben UEFA-Cup.

Andererseits haben wir es heuer absolut selbst in der Hand gehabt, den vierten Platz einzuzementieren, aber wir haben all die Chancen einfach so sausen gelassen und auch im Winter haben wir in Sachen Transfers kaum etwas unternommen, um dieser Entwicklung gegenzusteuern.

Spurs make a Ruud bid

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR have had a bid rejected for Manchester United striker Ruud van Nistelrooy, according to a report in today's Sun newspaper.

Spurs are now reportedly willing to offer around £7million for the Dutch international who has been out of favour at Old Trafford in recent weeks.

Louis Saha has been partnering Wayne Rooney for the past few games, including the Carling Cup final. The striker will be 30 in the summer and fears that he is being eased out.

Should Martin Jol pull off the signing of Van Nistelroo,y it would be a massive boost to the Spurs squad. If the White Hart Lane club can qualify for Champions League football this season, it will only bolster their chances of signing the United forward.

Ansonsten sind wir und Man City angeblich an dem 25jährigen, französischen Stürmer Oliver Thomert von Lens interessiert, und nachdem Robbie wieder erste Wahl ist, ist jetzt Defoe mit Weinen dran.

So einfach ist das, da braucht keiner zu Jammern.

Mido muß auf alle Fälle verpflichtet werden und selbst auf die Gefahr hin, dass einer aus dem Duo Defoe-Keane gehen muß, wäre ein Kuyt natürlich Gold wert.

Bloß glaube ich, dass den sich Liverpool schnappen wird. Zigic wäre auch noch eine Option gewesen, wobei auch seine Größe für ihn gesprochen hätte. Den Franzosen kenn ich nicht.

Andererseits wäre der Sturm mMn wirklich nicht die Position auf der am meisten Handlungsbedarf besteht. Ich wäre mit den aktuellen Stürmern und einer günstigen, kopfballstarken Neuverpflichtung zufrieden, zumal wir in der Reserve ja auch noch zwei gute Männer haben.

Ein weiterer Mido wäre halt schon fein, aber ein starker LM und RV/IV würden uns wohl deutlich mehr bringen.

2 Neuverplichtungen stehen von der Türe. Es handelt sich dabei um den französischen U21-Nationalspieler Samir Nasri und den Schotten Graig Bryson.

Nasri gehört seit dieser Saison zur Stammelf in Marseille und gilt als eines der Nachwuchstalente in Frankreich. Er ist ein offensiver Mittelfeldspieler, der auch manchmal auf links spielt. Übrigens gehört er seit dieser Saison zu meiner FM2006-Mannschaft.

Graig Bryson spielt bei Clyde FC in Schottland und soll dort eine sehr starke Saison spielen. Er hat auch noch keine 20 Jahre auf dem Buckel. Mal schauen wie sich das entwickelt.

Zum Sturm, schon langsam glaube ich, dass wir nächste Saison wohl den selben Sturm haben wie dieses Jahr. Keane hat verlängert, Mido steht kurz davor. Defoe hat auch einen langfristigen Vertrag und als Spitzenmannschaft in England würde sich nur LFC anbieten. Falls das geschieht wird man wohl das Geld in einen Stürmer investieren. Nur glaube ich, Kuyt wird nach Liverpool gehen und nicht zu uns wenn er die Wahl hätte.

Die Niederlage an der Stamford Bridge war natürlich bitter, doch sie war

1) verdient

2) erwartet

3) unwesentlich

Andernfalls hätten wir 3 Punkte Vorsprung, jetzt sind es 2. Das Momentum spricht für Arsenal, doch wer nicht an sich glaubt, hat bereits verloren. Gewinnen wir im Highbury, das wäre wohl das schönste Ergebnis seit Jahren.
