Milan Channel has announced that a deal has been completed to sign Mattia Destro from Roma.

The forward has been in talks with the Rossoneri, with joint-CEO Adriano Galliani visiting him at his house in Rome in an effort to seal the deal.

Destro promised a decision today, following reports from Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla that a deal had been completed, the club’s in-house television channel have confirmed the deal.

It is thought that the Italian international will move on an initial €700k loan, with a fee in excess of €15m to be paid in the summer.

The contract offered is believed to net Destro €2.5m per season until 2020, with additional performance-related bonuses.

Das Ganze steht im kompletten Widerspruch zu allem, was bezüglich der Einsparung von Gehältern so verlautbart wurde in den letzten Monaten. Für Pazzini wird's das dann wohl gewesen sein, Lazio und sogar Juve sollen interessiert sein, da klassische Mittelstürmer wie er wohl nicht so günstig zu bekommen sind im Wintertransferfenster. Finde es schade um Pazzo, falls er denn wirklich geht... und ob Destro wirklich einschlägt wage ich zu bezweifeln, denn woran es unseren Offensivkräften halt nach wie vor fehlt, ist ein schlagkräftiges Mittelfeld aus dem gescheite Zuspiele kommen... von daher grad egal wen man da für die Offensive holt...

Die Vertraugsdauer finde ich viel zu lang, auch wenn er noch jung ist. Wenn er nämlich bei uns auch nur Bankdrücker ist, wird man ihn nie wieder loswerden...

War das nicht irgendwie so dass wir das Gehalt von Torres und Atletico das Gehalt von Cerci weiterbezahlt? Das wären dann 4 Millionen weiterhin.

Destro bekäme dann genausoviel wie Diego Lopez, Alex, Honda, Muntari!!!, Essien!!! und Pazzo. El Shaarawy und Menez bekommen 2.4 Millionen Netto, Rami 2 Millionen, Abate 1.8 Millionen usw....

Vertragslaufzeit von 5 Jahren ist absolut verrückt. Galliani hat gesagt dass Pazzo bleibt und nicht verkauft/verliehen wird. Keine Ahnung obs stimmt oder nicht.

Ja stimmt, das Gehalt wird weiterbezahlt, also ist auch Cerci vergleichsweise teuer... Schon Wahnsinn was wir für Gehälter zahlen, wenn man sich dann anschaut was dabei rauskommt...

naja, falls pippo wirklich auf 4-4-2 umstellen will (warum auch immer), muss man pazzo fast behalten

ich persönlich wär ja für ein 5-3-2, sofern antonelli kommt. abate und antonelli als offensive av´s, destro/pazzo im zentrum und cerci als hängende spitze. denn unser 4-3-3 bringt ja nichts, wenn der eigensinnige menez immer mit dem kopf durch die wand will und die flügelspieler dumm sterben lässt.

Paul Pogba’s agent has revealed that both Inter and Milan missed out on signing the Juventus midfielder, as did Roma.

Mino Raiola, who also represents Mario Balotelli and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, has given a lengthy interview to the Gazzetta dello Sport, and reveals that the Milanese clubs missed out on his client.

“Milan wanted to take him in co-ownership with Genoa and send him there,” Raiola revealed.

“We rejected that. Inter said they didn't want to be discourteous to [Manchester United manager Sir Alex] Ferguson.

“With Juve, the deal was this. You take him, you give him a first team salary right away, you take responsibility and you don’t loan him out.

“The first person I offered him to was [Roma sporting director Walter] Sabatini.

“He told me, ‘Raiola, I’ve not been offered anyone good’. I took a pen, and wrote ‘Pogba’.”

AC Milan and Arup have presented their interest in the redevelopment of the Portello area of the city. Today evaluations of the offers for the contract will begin and Milan hopes it will lead to the creation of one of the most innovative stadiums in the world. There are plans to also include a hotel, a sports college, restaurants, children’s playground, green areas and spaces reserved to artists and citizens.

A unique place, planned in collaboration with the Milan Polytechnic Architecture Department and that aims to be open 7 days a week and not just on match days. It plans to hold 48.000 spectators and aims to provide a truly exciting experience with particular attention towards families, with the latest comforts and the best in security. The team behind the project has studied over 70 stadiums across the world (and not just football stadiums). It has then used this research and passed this onto the designers Arup.

Arup is a world leader in the engineering and design sector. It has created Bayern Munich’s new stadium and the new stadium in Beijing. Arup currently employs over 11.000 people in 91 offices situated in 39 countries.

The project takes its inspiration from the English model: a stadium that can be reached by public transport and by doing so encouraging fans to be more environmentally aware. The entire project has a common theme which is sustainability:

• Visual impact on the city. It will be more similar to a building than a stadium. The height won’t exceed 30m from ground level (San Siro is over 60m in height) and will also go 10m underground. It won’t therefore affect the landscape and will seek to fit in perfectly with the city’s architectural style.
• No noise: thanks to the latest technology and sound-proof materials the noise will be reduced to a minimum to those on the outside.
• No traffic: as mentioned public transport will be highly encouraged.
• More green areas: there are plans for green areas open to citizens throughout the year.
• Increased security: just like the English model fans will not only be kept under control but also be given greater responsibility. Fewer turnstiles to gain access and less barriers between the fans and the players. However zero tolerance to those who behave inappropriately in and out of the stadium.
• New jobs: around 1000 jobs have been estimated for the creation of the stadium and around 500 jobs will be created once the project has been completed.
• Financial sustainability: the state of the art project already has numerous companies interested in playing a part in the project.
• Increase in the value of the property in the area: the redevelopment of the area and the services will increase the value of the residential areas and property that are currently in the area.
• No speculation: there are often reports of property speculation associated with plans for a new stadium. Residential structures are not a part of the project.

Urban Stadium
AC Milan have decided to create a stadium in an urban area. Portello is the area with the best interests of the club, but other areas that are being studied haven’t been ruled out. The objective is to open the new structure for the 2018/19 season.

San Siro
AC Milan, thanks also to the Milan City Council and ahead of the Champions League final, is still committed to the improvement of the San Siro. In fact, there are plans for new restaurants, a new store, a new museum, a new sky lounge, refurbishment of the hygienic services, new and more comfortable seats to watch the match, hospitality rooms in the first orange tier and the creation of new places pitch-side to follow the match in close contact with the players.

Finds eigentlich auch ziemlich gelungen, vor allem weil sie sich anscheinend einen wirlichen Gesamtplan für die Gegend dort überlegt haben und jetzt passts halt supert mit den beiden Milan Gebäuden dort zusammen. Bin außerdem heilfroh dass es nicht so eine Allianzarena Wuchtel wird und designmäßig auch ans SanSiro angelehnt is

kann was, ja... aber ich bin seeeeeehr neugierig, wie sie das mit der verkehrsanbindung lösen wollen. die ist und bleibt mmn problematisch, auch wenn sie auf der hp schreiben "a stadium that can be reached by public transport and by doing so encouraging fans to be more environmentally aware. Metrostation werdens keine hinbekommen und 40k mit bussen wird auch eher sinnlos sein. die strassenbahn am piazza firenze ist auch einen knappen kilometer weg und von den parkplätzen für autos will ich erst gar nicht reden.

wenns das hinbekommen, dann ists pefekt
