  1. Wunderschön
  2. Only in the main (east) stand of the stadium. It'll be open before and after the match until 4pm though. There are some unofficial market stalls just before you reach the stadium that sell scarves and badges before the match. JD Sports sell replica shirts but no scarves.
  3. Sadly there are no TV rights in the UK. OneFootball stopped showing ÖFB this season. I'm still mad at them for that! Frankenstein's or Belushi's (I watched Sturm-Rangers there, for example) might be your best chance but I highly doubt they would have any way of showing it. I would invite you to watch it at my place but I'll be at Hearts vs Celtic Also, just wanted to say thank you all again for Thursday. Those of you I met in the bar and at the game were super nice and the atmosphere was incredible. I won't forget it. Danke allen
  4. A missed opportunity. You can't retreat at 1:0 when the defence isn't strong. Celtic are fragile lately and aggressiveness for longer could've given us a different score. Still, it was an incredible experience being there with you. Danke
  5. Zug für mich. Bus aus Buchanan Street ist auch gut und 24 Stunden. Zug: Both Celtic and Rangers are going through a period of disillusionment. Celtic fans are protesting against the board for poor investment in the squad, Brendan Rodgers is half-assing it and engineering his exit with a lot of his comments, and fans don't feel good about the club at the moment. Where is everybody going before the match? Might try to join you guys and get a taste of the atmosphere
  6. I need to go see this 😂
  7. Safe flights, everyone
  8. Kiti mein liebe.
  9. And it finished 0:2. Celtic look weak. Vulnerable to corners and free kicks. Very dull in attack. They're there for the taking. It is potentially a fantastic week for me
  10. Somebody bring stickers to Edinburgh. The city needs "cleaning".
  11. Buses from Glasgow to Edinburgh run 24 hours and stop at Edinburgh Airport. You could theoretically get drunk in Glasgow until 3am and still make an 8am flight from Edinburgh. Whether you should or not, I won't be the judge of that! https://www.citylink.co.uk/timetables-service-updates/glasgow-edinburgh-airport/
  12. I am quite drunk right now, my voice is hanging by a thread, but I am very very happy
  13. My Hearts pub is the Athletic Arms, commonly known as The Diggers. It got that nickname as it's next to a graveyard, so the grave diggers used to go in for a pint after their shift. Bannermans is a great rock/metal pub in the centre of Edinburgh. Legends is a good rock/metal nightclub if that's your thing. Jolly Judge is very small, a little hidden, but very good. Pretty much just walk down the Royal Mile and the Grassmarket/Cowgate, a lot of good pubs. Innis & Gunn is a local beer and my favourite, and they have their own pub where the beer is as fresh as it can be. My recommendations are The Original (brewed in old whisky casks) and the Lager Beer. Edit: I forgot about Belushi's. Sports bar that I watched Sturm-Rangers in last night. They will definitely show Hearts-Celtic if you can't get a ticket. Decent beer. Avoid Brewdog, awful company. Avoid Tennents, it's Glasgow pisswater Tickets would be almost impossible. We have a long season ticket waiting list so they get priority on resale. Plus it's always highly sought after. It's worth a try, and I could check if one of my friends aren't going. Thomas Flögel is a legend with us. Helped end 36 years without a major trophy in 1998. We currently have Michael Steinwender and had Peter Haring until summer 2024. Haring was a cult hero, I loved him. Both from Eisenstadt, funnily enough. I forgot about David Witteveen Scored 1 goal against Rangers (ironically) and that was his only goal I think. As a forward. He wasn't good. I remember I nicknamed him Witt-the-f**k
  14. Disgusting I'm joking. It's all good. We're playing them tomorrow though so I'm in derby "hate" mode.

    Vielen dank!
  16. Celtic are a mess (although not as much as Rangers) and couldn't score in a brothel. Forest are a mess under Ange. It's busy but not the worst run of games.
  17. Ich liebe Sturm. Ich hasse Rangers. Die nacht war wunderbar. Gassama was their only real threat. Rangers have been that bad all season so far. I haven't seen any good replays but the Rangers goal looked unlucky. I've had my doubts about Aiwu and Christensen but both were immense. Still progress to be made but a positive sign for Sturm. It was also good to see Sturm on Scottish TV
  18. I've gotten a ticket now. Thanks to those that reached out! I'll see you guys in Glasgow!
  19. Unfortunately I've had no luck so far If anyone has any spare availability for Celtic away they're willing to give to a Scotsman, I would greatly appreciate it. I'll get you a beer or two before the match!
  20. I don't know Glasgow chippies that well, unfortunately. But avoid a place in Glasgow called Best Kebab. The name is ironic. Read its reviews if you need to laugh today, they are notorious. Another is Blue Lagoon, a chain of chippies that also isn't good. Their shops look nice though.
  21. Russell Martin. Er ist sche-... nicht so gut.
  22. I appreciate the info, thank you!
  23. Haggis ist wunderbar Entschuldigung fur mein Englisch. I travel from Edinburgh to Graz via Frankfurt, my better half from Jennersdorf has travelled via Zurich too, and there's Munich. I miss the Graz to Amsterdam route (and the Heineken bar). Edinburgh is a 45 minute train journey to Glasgow if you guys want an alternative route, with buses direct to Glasgow from Edinburgh Airport too. Vienna to Edinburgh and Glasgow I think is Ryanair still (Austrian have flights, but expensive). Glasgow food recommendations: Buck's Bar (buttermilk chicken specialty, great food and atmosphere), Paesano Pizza, Innis & Gunn Taproom (Scottish brewery, great beer and food). Bloc+ (but is far away), Bavaria Brauhaus, Drygate Bar and Kitchen. Avoid Brewdog, awful beer and an awful company owned by awful people. I'm hoping I can join you guys in the away section. Warning, though: there is a pillar in front of the corner where away fans sit.

Sorry for the English, my German isn't great (slowly learning!) but I wanted to do this justice. My thoughts are with everyone in a city and country that has become close to me and that I've grown to love in the last couple of years. I hope you're all okay.
  25. Sonntag war nicht das ende. Wir haben dieses.
