ich denke wenn gila jetzt der knoten aufgeht wird carlo wohl mit 2 spitzen spielen und seedorf und ambro müssen rotieren. in der cl werden wir wohl aber weiter das bewährte 4321 sehen.

Also für das nächste Spiel gegen Empoli dürfte Ronaldo wieder fit sein, sofern man Galliani Glauben schenkt!

Demnach hoffe ich, dass er zusammen mit Gila den Sturm bilden wird und Carlo Seedorf dafür auf der Bank lässt, Ambro ist mMn derzeit einfach nicht aus der Startformation wegzudenken!

Das einzig traurige dabei ist, dass Gourcuff wohl noch weniger Spielzeit bekommen wird!

Ronaldo faces fitness test

Ronaldo will start on the bench for Milan against Empoli next weekend if he comes through a midweek friendly unscathed.

The Brazilian international has yet to make his seasonal debut for the club due to injury, but he seems tantalisingly close to a return for the Rossoneri.

The January arrival from Real Madrid has been sidelined since the club misdiagnosed the severity of a muscle strain picked up during pre-season.

However, the attacker is reportedly on the verge of making a full recovery and it’s not out of the question that he could play some part in the outfit’s next Serie A game.

It’s understood that Ronaldo will undergo a precautionary scan on Tuesday and, if that shows no problems, then he will be used in a friendly on Thursday to test his fitness.

It will then be up to the club doctors and coaching staff whether the big Brazilian can be unleashed on to the Serie A stage once more.

Ronaldo’s return would certainly be a boost for Coach Carlo Ancelotti who has only had the misfiring Alberto Gilardino and Pippo Inzaghi available for action so far this term.

Although Kaka has helped out with goals, Ancelotti will have more opportunities to rest his attackers once Ronnie is back, especially for their Champions League bid which has been compromised by a defeat to Celtic.

Adiconsum and a company specialized in the sport marketing state it clearly: the referee mistakes in the league have penalized Milan.

ROME – Despite the arrival of the super-designator Pierluigi Collina, at the 7th matchday of the 2007/08 season of Serie A, 43% of the matches remain distorted by referee mistakes, worse than last year when the distorted games were 41%. The data confirms what was already noticed by the Observatory during the World Cup of last year, and in the previous football seasons: too many referee mistakes, which upset the standings and football betting. This is what emerges from the update up till the 7th matchday of Serie A 2007/08 by the Observatory on the Referee Mistakes in football, led by Make Tailored Advertising (company specialized in the sport marketing) together with Adiconsum.

In the study, 39 cases were taken under examination in goal-non goal actions on which the referee tern made an evaluation mistake, as reported by the 3 Italian daily sports newspapers. The referee mistake was compensated to produce a virtual league table (Virtualclass ®), in which it results: altering the results of 30 games (43% of the total, against 41% of the previous entire season). In 6 games there was more than one mistake. 48 points were moved in the standings (6.9 per matchday, against the 6.3 of the previous season).

Interesting the almost totality of the squads: 19 from 20 (95%). The big teams were especially punished (Milan: -5 points; Juventus: -4; Inter, Lazio, Genoa: -2; Roma and Fiorentina: -1, signifying the fear after Calciopoli of appearing favourable towards the strong ones. The only exception is the usual Reggina, punished with a record -6 points, following the -18 of last season (Adnkronos).

Gourcuff accepts Milan role

Yoann Gourcuff was dubbed the ‘little Zidane’ when he joined Milan, but insists he’ll reject an offer from Lens despite his rough patch.

The young Frenchman has struggled to make his mark at San Siro, making only a handful of appearances since last summer’s arrival.

“The problem is I had to settle in to a new style of life,” explained the French starlet who turned down a loan move to Lens this week.

“It is not true that I have lost my place in the France side. The Coach called me after Glasgow and explained that mentally and physically I wasn’t ready for the Under-21 side at that time. I understood and was able to stay at home, see my family and friends.

“Milan are not slowing down my career and I am happy where I am. I’m working to become an important player for France and Milan, it doesn’t matter when. I know that I am on the right track.”

Still only 21 years old, Gourcuff made 21 Serie A appearances for the Rossoneri last season, but so far has only played three games, two of which as a substitute.

“I have improved tactically and physically from a year ago, but I lost confidence. I take fewer risks when I play, as I am afraid to get it wrong. When I arrived I did what I wanted do, but now the Coach and squad are asking me to play more simple football. I try to do it, but lose a bit of creativity.

“I realise these are important steps to my growth as a player. When someone doesn’t play very much, it isn’t easy to regain confidence, but I am not complaining.”

The ‘petit Zidane’ tag is no longer applied to the former Rennes midfielder, but he does not mind.

“That was so long ago. I never considered myself like Zidane, I just work hard and expect progress. I am Yoann Gourcuff and am still young.”

Milan Coach Carlo Ancelotti also pointed out the reason for this long time spent on the bench.

“Gourcuff’s only problem is that he has some of the best midfielders in the world ahead of him at this club. He would be a first team player at any other Serie A side, but his time will come.”

22 ottobre 2007 - Brutte notizie in casa Milan, perchè Marek Jankulovski si è sottoposto oggi a una risonanza magnetica al ginocchio: "Siamo in ansia per lui - ha commentato Galliani - speriamo non si tratti dei legamenti". Il ginocchio del giocatore ceco si è gonfiato al termine della gara contro l'Empoli, tanto da indurre lo staff sanitario a sottoporlo ad esami più approfonditi. Le prime indiscrezioni ipotizzano addirittura una possibile lesione ai legamenti, una diagnosi che, se confermata, potrebbe costare al laterale dai quattro ai sei mesi di stop. Soltanto domani si conoscerà l'esito, nel frattempo Kaladze si sta preparando per giocare a sinistra. Anche Kakà non sta bene, poichè soffre per un colpo al ginocchio subito nella gara tra Brasile ed Ecuador. Anche oggi il brasiliano si è allenato in palestra (anche Ronaldo non è uscito sul campo), ma per la gara contro lo Shakhtar dovrebbe stringere i denti e giocare. In dubbio anche Oddo, che ha subito un colpo contro l'Empoli.

janku könnte bis zu 6 monaten ausfallen wenn sich die erste diagnose bestätigt. irgendwas im knie, bänderriss oder so. kaka hat auch schon länger probleme mim knie beißt aber wie immer auf die zähne (topleistung ist so natürlich nicht zu erwarten). oddo ist seit dem empoli spiel auch angeschlagen.

wär natürlich eine katastrophe da kein ersatz im kader ist (genau wie für oddo, ronaldo, kaka). ich hab die hoffnung aufgegeben dass das management erkennt wie furchtbar der kader zusammengestellt wurde. in den vergangenen jahren wurde kontinuirlich jeglicher wettkampf aus dem kader verbannt. wir lustig wenn kaladze und favalli jetzt ein halbes jahr links herumlaufen werden. serginho wäre eine brauchbare alternative (zumindest war er das einmal) aber wann war der denn das letzte mal fit?
