Former SVR Nylund sets for the National Team

Former SV Reid-player Mattias Nylund, currently playing for the Swedish side GIF Sundsvall, will make his debut for the National team tonight in the game versus Mexico in LA, California.

Performing good last season at his leftbackside, headcoach for the National team has annonced a startingposition for Nylund. He will be flanked on the rightwing by the other GIF-player Fredrik Lundkvist. A glorious time for Sundsvall: historical first time with two players in the National squad.

Schaut stark nach dem B-Team, verstärkt durch einige Talente, aus. Vom Namen her kenn ich eigentlich nur Lucic, Elmander, Alexandersson und Ishizaki.

Actually there are more EX SVR players, who got nominated for the respective national teams. But Ried is too far away from Vienna, so it aint possible for the Austrian national coach to observe the progressings, the players in Ried do.

But cool for Nylund, even though he couldn't settle in Ried's A-Team back then :/

Mir scheint halb Schweden spielt in Southampton und die haben ja immerhin 3 Siege in 24 Spielen erreicht.

Freut mich aber für jeden unserer Ex-Kicker, wenns nach dem dramatischen Karriereknick (Abschied von der SVR) nochmals nach oben (Nationalteam) geht . Nur der Akagündüz schafft es immer noch tiefer zu sinken.

Mikael Nilsson, doesnt belong to the first team of Southampton.

Ibrahimovic is the shining star of the squad.

Henrik Larsson, have seen his best days.

We need a stronger mid-defense in my opinion.

I hope SV Ried will promote this season so that there will be Premier soccer again at your stadium. I had missed your relegation. Havent had so much focus on the Austrian league last couple of years. Hope you performe good the rest of the season. Very best luck!

Nylund ist im 1980 geboren: Er will 25 Jahren gehen. Wenn er nach Schweden gekommt von die sejour im Ried, er war keine A-spieler mehr als er war wenn er verlasst GIF Sundsvall. Schlect deutsche!

ich kannte ihn etwas, denn ein freund von mir gab ihm deutschunterricht. meines wissens war er nur ein halbes jahr bei der svr und kaum integriert - weder sportlich noch sozial.

damals schon sagte er, daß er ein reiner spieler für die linke außenbahn in der viererkette sei, sehr frech für seine damalige 19 lenze mMn.

hab keine ahnung, warum ried ihn damals geholt halt, vielleicht als potentiellen linken mittelfeldspieler, vermute aber, daß bei diesem transfer einfach sehr viele leute verdient haben.

gespielt hat einmal so ca. 10 min. meiner erinnerung nach, also konnte ich seine klasse auch nie beurteilen.
