Juve look for Silva

Arsenal club captain Gilberto Silva has revealed that Juventus have set their sights on him. The Brazilian midfielder is no longer guaranteed a first team place with the Gunners and although he claims he is still committed to the Premiership giants, he refuses to rule out a move away from the Emirates. “I am not sure if I will renew my contract when it runs out in 18 months. I know there has been interest from Juventus,” he stressed. “We will see, but I still want to win the Champions League with Arsenal.”

Brauchen wir nicht, haben Zanetti, Almiron, Tiago und vorallem Nocerino fürs Zentrum.

Kann mir schon vorstellen wie das abgelaufen sein kann. Wir wollten Gilberto Silva im Sommer verpflichten, Arsenal wollte ihn aber behalten. Jetzt wo es auch ohne Gilberto bei Arsenal läuft, sprich Fabregas, Flamini, Rosicky, Hleb, Diaby voll einschlagen, will man noch etwas Geld mit Gilberto machen, aber hoffentlich nicht mit Juventus. Einziges Transferziel im Winter muss heißen Innenverteidiger.
