Kalou confirms Che interest

Feyenoord striker Salomon Kalou has confirmed that Valencia are looking to sign him during the summer.

The 19-year-old hit-man has enjoyed a memorable campaign and already has 19 goals to his name.

His form is reported to have caught the eye of Arsenal, Chelsea and Atletico Madrid, but the player insists it is Valencia who have shown the most serious interest.

Speaking on Spanish radio, Kalou revealed Valencia have already tabled him a proposition, but claimed agreement had yet to be reached between the two clubs.

"For me it would be an honour to move to the Spanish League and Valencia," he told Radio Valencia.

"They have a great team with players like (Santiago) Canizares, Vicente, (Miguel Angel) Angulo.

"Valencia have been following my career all season and their proposition is very serious.

"However, there needs to be an agreement between the two clubs."

Feyenoord are believed to have placed a €15 million price-tag on the teenager's head.

Kalou... hat mMn nicht die Qualität, sich bei Valencia durchzusetzen. Da schätze ich einen Corradi stärker ein, und der hats halt auch nicht geschafft.
