could you tell me about the origin of the Austria Lustenau shirt?

why the club adopted green and white colours?

Ciao Gianfranco! Dal 1914 al 1936, la squadra di calcio non è indipendente. E 'stato solo contenuti all'interno di un club di ginnastica. I don't know why the colours green and white were chosen. But the name "Austria" was adopted to protest against the "Deutschnationalen" who wanted to form the Greater German Reich with Germany (instead of keeping the nation of Austria alive) in that time.

... also müssten wir eigentlich nicht "Gebt den Schweizern Vorarlberg zurück" sondern "Gebt den Deutschen Vorarlberg zurück" singen?
