Spiel ist aus. Letzendlich klar verdienter Erfolg für Heart of Midlothian.

In der letzten Minute noch mal auf Seiten der Hearts ein Hammerschuss aus der zweiten Reihe auf die Latte. Insgesamt ein sehr schön anzuschauendes Match

naja, ich find schon dass der Sieg absolut in Ordnung geht. Celtic nur über Konter gefährlich. Hearts über weite Strecken am Drücker. Außerdem noch ein Tor, was der Schiri fälschlicherweise nicht gegeben hat, dann noch der Lattentreffer usw.

DEFENDING champions Celtic fell to a late defeat in their first meeting of the season with last year's runners-up, Hearts, at Tynecastle.

A cagey and closely contested encounter came to life in the lead-up to half-time when referee Stuart Dougal sent Celtic manager, Gordon Strachan and Hearts assistant coach, John McGlynn to the stand, following a confrontation on the touchline.

Then just four minutes after the interval the home side took the lead after Roman Bednar beat the offside trap to break through and slot his low shot beneath Artur Boruc.

The Czech striker looked to have doubled Hearts' lead in the 62cnd minute when he again got behind the defence and put the ball beyond Boruc, but the linesman's flag was wrongly raised for offside and minutes later Stilian Petrov rounded off a brilliant counter-attack to level for Celtic.

Shunsuke Nakamura, Kenny Miller and Aiden McGeady were all involved as Celtic broke from deep inside their own half, with Petrov finishing off the move with a thumping finish as he broke into the box.

Then, with just three minutes remaining in the match, a short back pass from Celtic captain Neil Lennon allowed Bednar to steal the ball and round Artur Boruc before placing his shot into the empty net to take all three points.
