Oktober 2004 channel4.com Trez surgery a success Tuesday 19 October, 2004 Juventus striker David Trezeguet has today been operated on in a bid to resolve a shoulder problem. The Frenchman went under the knife at 7.30 am, in Lyon, and doctors are happy that the 45-minute procedure was a success. The operation was carried out by professor Gilles Walch in the Sainte Anne Lumiere clinic. Juventus have revealed that the 27-year-old, who has already netted seven goals this term, will start a rehabilitation programme in Lyon tomorrow. Trezeguet is then expected to head back to Turin next week where he will continue his treatment. The Old Lady of Italian football remain confident that he will be at the full disposal of Coach Fabio Capello within three months. Erfreulich, dass es ohne Probleme über die Bühne gegangen sein dürfte.
