  4. No, Gazza left Boston before we played them in the season. The Last time we played in League One was in 2003 when we were relegated to League Two, which we have reached Play Offs in 2 seasons in a row and then lost. We have been favourites for the league both times, and finished 6th and then 7th. We once played in the Premiership or as it was called 'Division 1' in 1966, but we got relegated after one season. The Last time we played in the Championship standard was in the 60's too. We have been bouncing around the 3rd and 4th divisions for years, but we have gone through some major changes, moving to our new Ground, staving off Financial worries etc... We even finished bottom of the entire football League in 1993, but we stayed up due to the team being top of the Conference's Ground standard.
  5. For those suprised by the amount of fans we take away, these are some pictures of Cobblers Fans at away games! This was our trip to our rivals Rushden. We took 2,500. This was the home leg vs Mansfield, before the game: http://www.ihostphotos.com/show.php?id=14263 And This was just after we scored against Mansfield 2 Seasons ago, in the Play Offs! http://www.ihostphotos.com/show.php?id=14283

  7. If anyone says ANYTHIN about my picture, nice or not can they please tell me in English!
  8. If theres one thing us English are, its loyal and devout! (not saying that you are not! ) Our football team is our life.
  9. Definately! Thanks for the English point, it would help! If any of you are ever our way, it is only an hour from London on the train, and we play games often at home. We get around 6,000 watching at home. For those impressed with our 100 coming to Austria, we usually ta\ke around 1,000 to any away game in our league. I went to 17 away games last season including the 2,500 we took to our close rivals Rushden and the 500 we took to Yeovil, which is a 4 hour journey!
  10. that's correct in most cases, but not in each: there were 5000 visitors at the match st.valentin vs. vorwärts steyr this weekend (1. klasse; 7th level (?))! Hi! Yes the Cobblers is our nickname. It is because our town, Northampton (which can be found on the map below) was famous for its Shoe industry. Hence the Cobblers! Ben
